Currently, there are no built-in STW markups to change the font-size in the middle of text.
However, HTML and css rules can be applies as below:

<span style="font-size: 75%;">Smaller Text</span>

Smaller Text
And then there are Headings; these are not meant to increase text-size for emphasis. Rather, they are for heading types of content.
