Extruder log book

We keep a log book on each line. This book is about 8 1/2" x 11" wire bound. Each hour, temperature and conditions are reported.
When a problem comes up, certain changes are made to correct. Sometimes these changes don't work but they are recorded anyway. I have referred to the log many times it's a great help.
