Calibrate Tachs

Check your extruder instrument readings for accuracy. When is the last time you checked the screw rotation speed against your RPM reading?
Use a tachometer to check the surface speed of your nip rolls (upper, lower, winder). If they are not properly set, you may be stretching your film.
