Razor Knives

Razor knives are used to cut scrap off rolls. Probably, the best advise is don't use them.
If necessary, one procedure to increase safety is to insist the operator hold the knife with both hands. This eliminates cutting the non knife hand or arm. It is also more difficult to cut a leg if both hands stay on the knife.
