Computer Simulation
Vol. 19 #1, Feb. 1992
In a computer simulation of screw performance, in many cases, an engineer needs a good set of physical and rheological data.
If one can simulate the performance of an existing screw with a limited set of data and some assumptions, it is safe to say that one can get a credible result in the simulation of other screw designs with the same database.
