Flashlights
Time is always wasted looking for flashlights. Relative to the cost of the line flashlights are inexpensive. Have a wide variety available. (Large flashlights for general work. Small focusable pen lights for looking into restricted areas.) Keep a large supply of batteries easily accessible.
It helps to use flashlights that have a magnet attached or a magnetic holder that allows maintenance personnel to be able to use the flashlight, pointed in the direction necessary, while still being able to use both hands.
