Installing a dehumidifying drying system

When installing a dehumidifying drying system, the drying hopper should always be placed directly above the extruder feed throat, if possible.
The dried resin can then be discharged from the drying hopper directly into the extruder throat without exposure to the ambient air, thus eliminating the potential for moisture regain.
