Heater Burnout
Vol. 25 #1, May 1998
Prevent heater burnout and get longer heater life time, by making sure there is good contact between heater and barrel. Check, on a regular basis, to make sure all are secure.
The more an extruder barrel temperature is cycled between high and low temperature, the more frequently the need to check.
