When was the last time you looked at your control system? Do you still have the original controllers or data acquisition system?

There have been many advances in controller technology and data acquisition systems since your extrusion system was installed and you have gained insight about your system and its operating characteristics since its installation.

Consider how your system can be revised, modified or replaced so that greater efficiency can be obtained in maintaining your system on target and minimizing variation.
