Throughput Rate Checks

During extrusion throughput rate checks, the need for accuracy is great. Test requirements limit the time interval due to sample weight and cost.

Say you have decided on a 9 minute sample length. By making three samples, each 3 minutes long. the test accuracy is checked by comparing the individual sample (being the same) weight. Use a stopwatch. Check scale accuracy.
